Join us for a series of three workshops to introduce you to a range of employability opportunities. Delivered by national charity Young Enterprise and support by National Grid the three workshops cover 3 key areas, listed below!
By Joining all three workshops participants have the opportunity to receive additional support from National Grid, such as mentoring, paid work experience and even access to apprenticeships!
Workshop 1 - INSIGHT
Tuesday 13th April @ 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Explore more about the energy sector, the key priorities for the future and the wide range of roles that the energy sector will need to support this.
Workshop 2 - TEAM BUILDING
Wednesday 14th April @ 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Take part in an activity that National Grid use as part of their recruitment process. Understand the skills that a major national employer is looking for.
Workshop 3 - UPSKILLING
Thursday 15th April @ 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Hear from members of National Grid’s recruitment team on how to showcase the skills you have in the very best wat to get noticed and be successful in your applications.
Giving you the chance to be an Entrepreneur. In just 4 weeks see what products or services you can sell and how much profit you can make.
10X is an interactive programme which will help you develop key skills needed for the workplace and get yourself ready.

To take part in the National Competition you will need the support of a teacher or an adult over the age of 18 or take a look at 10X from home.
